What is an ASI-Splitter?

An ASI-Splitter is an electrical part used to transfer signal current or power transmission current from an Actuator-Sensor-Interface to a respective power consumer. To use an AS-Interface each sensor or actuator has to be wired individually. ASI-Technology allows multiple sensors and actuators to share one cable for signal current as well as power transmission current.

ASI-Splitters are available with all commonly used cable interfaces which ensures a very simple integration into a network system. There is a variety of upsides:
